Documentary
The second example provides much of the same material in the format of a documentary video that has been posted on YouTube and created with free software from Microsoft called PhotoStory3.
Online Essay
The final example represents a new form of online essay that reads like a traditional essay but contains interactive “denotes” that allow readers to go directly to the sources and materials within the House Divided database that would have been merely referenced in static footnotes or endnotes.
