Dear sir
Your favours of I know not
what date came safe to hand, with the in-
closed to Mr. Moore, which I convey'd safe
to him. I am sorry it dont lie in my
power to send you the oration you request-
-ed, as I have been long out of the prac-
tice of speaking, I dont retain it in my
my memory, and have mislaid the
manuscript so that I cant find it, but
if it comes to hand in any reasonable
time, I'll transmit it to you the first
oppertunity. — I should be exceeding
