These two snapshots reveal high and low
roads Mexican migrants take to evade the American border police. Taken
for the Mexican Foreign Ministry, they show a man propelling himself
underneath a bridge that crosses the boundary river and the
opening to secret tunnels in the Mexican town of Nogales that carry people
underground to the American side.
